I have a passion for working with youth of all ages within the community and being a positive role model in their lives. Serve as spokesperson for the Rally Foundation, a childhood cancer research foundation based in Atlanta that has provided over $3 million to fund cancer research.

 

2011-2014, purchased 20 season tickets and t-shirts for the various charities, including B.E.S.T. Academy and the Rally Foundation.  The tickets and t-shirts provided young people and their families an opportunity to attend a Falcons game.

 

In October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, along with several teammates, attended the Atlanta Falcons Dazzle & Dine event at Wildfire in Atlanta. Dined with the five breast cancer survivors after their full day of spa services courtesy of Jamison Shaw.

 

Along with several teammates, hosted a special night for children from the Make-A-Wish Foundation at Dave & Busters at Discover Mills Mall. Bowled with the children and their families in an unconventional style, known as “wacky bowling,” where each frame required a new bowling method.

 

2013-2014, Hosted the Corey Peters football camp for youth ages 12-17 in Louisville, KY. Took participants through drills and taught fundamentals with a host of other college and NFL players.

 

Participated as celebrity waiter for the 4th annual Huddle Up for Miracles hosted by Head Coach Mike Smith at 103 West in Atlanta to benefit Children’s Miracle Network.

 

Taped a PSA with the Department of Education to promote healthy eating and eating breakfast in schools throughout the state of Georgia.

 

Hosted Fashion Funds the Cure, a fashion show to benefit the Rally Foundation, which is a local childhood cancer research foundation.  The event helped raise over $40,000.00 to fight childhood cancer.

 

Bowled at Challenged Child & Friends annual bowling event at the Oasis Bowling Alley in Buford.  This event helps Challenged Child & Friends raise funds to support their organization’s programs and services.

 

Participated in the 6th annual Fishing with the Falcons.  Went fishing out on Lake Lanier with soldiers who had been recently injured in the Middle East.  

Participated in a Read with a Falcon event at the Spout Springs Library in Flowery Branch.  Read children’s books and sign autographs.

   

Played video games with soldiers in the Middle East via webcam, signed autographs and took pictures with members of the Georgia Army National Guard.  

 

Spoke to employees at the AGL Resources United Way campaign kickoff event in Atlanta.  This event encouraged employees to support the United Way and their charitable efforts.  

 

Served as celebrity server for the Rally Foundation at the Dantanna’s in Buckhead.  All of the tips received for the evening benefited the Rally Foundation.
